Summer Solstice Stride – 23rd June 2022
Why not come along and join this year’s walk, starting at the Lord Ashcroft Building of Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford.
The gentle walk meets at 6.45 pm ready for a 7 pm start. The friendly walk leaders and marshalls will guide you along the rivers and through the parks of Chelmsford into the sunset. You can choose between a 5km or 10km route. The walks end back at the university, where you can buy refreshments from the university cafe, which closes at 9 pm.
The event costs £3 per person. The entry fee covers event costs and the rest goes to the mayor’s chosen charities.
