On 23rd January 2023, Tory MP Dean Russell proposed a “Ten Minute Bill Rule” in parliament, if successful, it will mean that Mental Health First Aid will be mandatory in all organisations. The great news is that all Working Well organisations are “ahead of the game” as our programme ensures that staff and managers access free training.
We are also proud that the MHFA England training is embedded into a robust workplace health and wellbeing programme. Launching this month our training will also include a MHFAider Action Plan that will support MHFAiders as they set up their MHFAider network.
