Both mindfulness and movement have a crucial impact on our overall health and wellbeing. Mindful movement can help you to destress, feel happier, and manage your weight.
What does it include?
Active Essex is offering Movement and Mindfulness sessions. Mindful Movement is a judgement-free, movement-based mindfulness class that offers the opportunity to reconnect mind and body. The class is led by ‘Be More Dandelion’ and will offer the chance to disconnect from everyday life.
This session is open to Essex residents (excluding Southend-On-Sea and Thurrock). It is not required to have experience of mindfulness of movement.
