Congratulations!
We would like to send a BIG congratulations to Jo Cory, Corporate Health & Wellbeing Office, Brentwood Borough Council, who recently completed the gruelling 102 mile ride to Tower Bridge.
Jo was joined by friends and colleagues, Dan (in blue) and Serena and her other half Ian (in white). They completed the course in 7 hours, 4 minutes, with Dan beating them by crossing the finishing line 15 minutes ahead!
“The aching limbs took a few days to “hit” and we have been sore for over a week! It was a brilliant event, and we loved people from Essex cheering us on. It was so emotional (in a good way) and a beautiful route showcasing stunning Essex countryside” – Jo Cory.

The Brentwood team are now training to complete the Three Peaks Challenge in September … so watch this space!
