What we offer
Our practitioners offer 1:1 support and help them understand the triggers and help manage them without smoking. This can be stand alone support, or as a result of an Essex Working Well NHS Health or Lifestyle Check.
Essex Working Well launched their dedicated Workplace Stop Smoking support programme in 2024. It enables workplaces in Essex, excluding Thurrock and Southend-on-Sea, to access fast-track stop smoking support, including:
- Swap2Stop Vape Starter Kit and 1:1 support
- NRT or oral products
- Allen Carr’s EasyWay – online seminars (find out more)
Who’s eligible?
We’re offering the Stop Smoking initiatives to employees of all organisations in Essex. This excludes those working in Thurrock and Southend-On-Sea.
