Working Well are proud to offer all participating organisation’s the opportunity to access free mindfulness sessions.
- 6-week introduction to mindfulness – learn the basics of mindfulness practice. Each week you’ll focus on a different aspect, allowing you the opportunity to learn and be mindful in every day life
- Weekly mindfulness “drop-in” – these sessions run every Thursday 12.30-12.45pm – 15 minutes of quiet contemplation, focusing on a different topic. This is a useful session to “come and try”, or an opportunity to continue your daily practice following the 6-week programme.
