A holistic health and wellbeing accreditation, that allows you to build, maintain and evidence a robust wellbeing strategy and programme for your employees.
As well as being recognised for your commitment to health and wellbeing via this accreditation, your workplace will also gain various benefits for free.
Who’s eligible?
We’re offering the Working Well Accreditation to workplaces working in Essex. This excludes those working in Thurrock and Southend-On-Sea.
What does the accreditation include?
Workplaces have the opportunity to earn three different levels of accreditation. Each level involves working towards a certain number of actions.
To achieve Level 1, you will need to evidence five actions. For Level 2, you will need to evidence an additional six actions. To progress to Level 3 you will need to evidence a further 10 actions.
The actions are centred around the things that you’re doing as an organisation to promote, educate, and support employee health and wellbeing. These could range from wellbeing policies to initiatives that encourage more physical activity.
When you sign up for Working Well Accreditation you will be provided with further information about the actions you will need to meet as part of your application. The process is flexible to meet the needs of your workplace. One of our Working Well specialists will work with you to help you identify the areas you want to focus your efforts on, based on the needs of your employees.
After signing up, you can access:
- Up to 2 MHFA England training places (more training can be purchased at a highly discounted rate)
