How Jobcentre Plus can help?
The recent Way to Work drive helped more than 500,000 jobseekers into work, with many taking on roles in new sectors, and many employers recruiting through jobcentres for the first time.
Jobcentre Plus is continuing to work with employers to short-circuit their recruitment practices. By getting hiring managers and jobseekers in front of each other in jobcentres we are creating an ‘on the spot’ hiring approach, helping people into work quicker and reducing hiring costs for employers.
