Small Business Workplace Wellbeing Award
97% of businesses in Essex have less than 49 employees, who are working hard to develop and grow in challenging economic times. Your workforce is your most precious asset, so it is important that you invest in developing and retaining your staff.
This new award, aimed at organisations with less than 50 employees offers a unique range of support and skills that will help you to embed a Wellbeing Strategy that will foster a culture of positive health and wellbeing:
- Free and discounted MHFA England training
- Weekly Workplace updates
- Online booking system for online training, Guest Speaker sessions and eLearning modules
- 45min Managing Mental Health in the Workplace eLearning for managers
- Optional Business support
- Optional Cyber Security training and support
- Active Essex Funding to help embed physical activity in the workplace
- HR Template Library
- Anonymous staff survey
- Optional Workplace Health Champion training
- Support to set up a Wellbeing Strategy
- Free access to the Amara Health App
- Support to achieve the Small Business Workplace Wellbeing Award
To achieve the Workplace Wellbeing Award, you need to evidence at least 4 actions:
- Sign up to the programme
- Communication/promotion channels to staff
- Anonymous survey
- No of Workplace Health Champions trained
- Wellbeing Strategy
- Evidence of other awards or recognition i.e. Disability Confident, IPP, Basildon Good Business Charter, Great Start, Green Entrepreneurs, Menopause Friendly Workplace etc)
- Green/sustainable actions or processes
- Evidence of at least one health and wellbeing event, activity and training (numbers, photos, outcomes, participant quotes etc
Working Well Level 3 re-Accreditation
Many of our organisations have completed their Level 3 Accreditation and are continuing to develop and run fantastic programmes, so we are now able to offer you the opportunity to submit further evidence and achieve a new annual re-Accreditation. It’s easy to achieve, just submit the application template with your evidence of at least 6 new actions/achievements/events/awards or recognition/training etc. Once approved, you will receive a new Certificate demonstrating your achievements..
