What does it include?

We have the following sessions available for staff over the next 4 weeks:

  • Tue 24th May – Dying Matters – Lunch & Learn with Carers First – 12-12.45 pm.
  • Wed 25th May – Supporting people with Menopause in the workplace – 12-12.45 pm.
  • Wed 25th May – Dying Matters – Lunch and Learn with Bennetts Funeral Directors 12-12.45 pm (learn about the Bereavement support available).
  • EVERY Thurs – Mindfulness Drop in at 12.30 pm.
  • Mon 6th June – Outhouse East – An introduction to LGBTQ+ (externally this session would cost £15pp and WW is offering it FREE!) – 11-12 pm.
  • Tue 7th June – Volunteering in the Workplace Information Session – 2-2.40 pm.
  • Thur 9th June – 6 Weeks Managing Health Programme 10-11.15 am (learn ways to manage your long-term condition and improve the quality of your life).
  • Tue 28th June – Macmillan at Work – Macmillan Cancer Care – 11.30-12.30 pm.
  • Wed 29th June – Staff Stress Awareness blended learning – 11-12 pm.
  • Thur 30th June – Managers Stress Awareness blended learning  – 2-4 pm.
